The 23rd Street Distillery located on 23rd Street in Renmark, South Australia opened on the 23rd of September, 2016. Since then they've started making waves in the local industry and I grabbed a sample of their entry-level offering that they call a Hybrid Whisky. What the heck does that mean? It's different that's for sure...
