The Kinglake Distillery is off-the-grid in rural Victoria and is surrounded by Australian Bushland. This Ausskey has an interesting mash bill, and is predominantly aged in American Oak but also some French Oak ex-Tawny Port barrels, which is unusual for Australian Whiskies and leads to quite an interesting and complex dram.
