A small Distillery in Christchurch in New Zealand called The Spirits Workshop created a range of whiskies they call Divergence. Knowing that this was only available in New Zealand, when I was on holidays there in late 2024 I tried some at a Whisky tasting and bought myself a bottle. Let me explain...why...
