Koval is Yiddish for someone who 'forges ahead' and was founded by Husband and Wife Team in Chicago, Illinois in the United States specialising in the production of both Organic and Kosher Whiskies. They've released a Millet Whisky which is something unusual in the world and as I review it, frankly, I've never tasted anything quite like it.
