Terms and conditions are best to be thought of as a way of laying out the rules of your transactions:
Here are the main components to get you started:
1) What will your company provide the customer?
2) What will the customer provide your company? 
3) What will happen if things don't work out? (Refund policy)
4) How and when will payments be processed?
5) What are the procedures to end the relationship?
6) Where can the customer find your Privacy Policy? (discussed tomorrow)
7)Where will any litigation take place?
8) What type of activity is acceptable (forums, FB Groups, etc.)
9) Boilerplate stuff (severability clause, limitation on Liability, indemnity clause)
