For the second part of a conversation either side of the US Election, I am joined this week by Tierney Hamilton, and also by my friends Megan and Sophie.
In the first half, we discuss events since the November election, and how Trump and Biden have played the situation. We also unavoidably discuss the storming of Capitol Hill by a pro-Trump mob on 6th January (we were recording on 9th January, so it's pretty fresh). We discuss the possibilities and benefits of impeachment.
In the second part we discuss the new shape of the Senate after Georgia, the likely politics of the Biden administration and some of his Cabinet picks (and Kamala Harris) and what the hell lies in store for the future of the Republican Party post-Trump... and the USA itself.
