Mary Allen (Episode 29), Reva Bourgasser, Emily Gartner (Episode 30), and Anne Shoemaker McKim are the self-titled Cheerleaders of the Evansville Arts District. These women, each artists, are enthusiastically and persuasively leading the charge for art in Haynie's Corner to invade the hearts, homes, and wallets of all Evansville. Starting March 6, First Fridays is "a monthly celebration of arts and culture" that will open minds about Haynie's Corner, art, music, architecture, and downtown Evansville.
