April is Autism Awareness Month so this the perfect time to rethink autism. Optimal Rhythms/ACCESS Academy, founded by Casey DePriest, is a non-profit school changing the lives of autistic students by assuming competence and providing support to improve communication. Now, after a very successful first year, Optimal Rhythms - ACCESS Academy invites you to attend their upcoming Rethinking Autism Conference April 17. The stars of the documentary Wretches & Jabberers will be in attendance as well many other guests and students. There will be a dinner/reception following the conference. Also, on April 18, a Walk for Autism will be held followed by a screening of the documentary. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the school and to rethink autism.
