From preserving something old to creating something new, Jesika Ellis is a true artist and asset to Evansville. Jesika created YART, a yard sale of sorts making local fine art accessible for the community in a venue inviting and economically feasible for artists. She is also Blockhead #1 as the creator of the successful Owen Block Preservation Effort. She is a dreamer that makes things happen and YART is happening May 2 from 10-4pm at Angel Mounds.
