Dr. Sarah Derenzo is the owner of Vitality Chiropractic and Wellness in Upper Michigan; She has dedicated the last 10 years of life to learning about natural healthcare, nutrition, and wellness. Her traditional training includes an associates in Medical Office Specialty, Certified Radiology Technician, Bachelors of Science, and Doctorate of Chiropractic. She is also trained in energy healing techniques including Reiki, La Ho Chi, and Angel Light along with additional modalities including Trigger Point, Receptor Tonus, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and Cranial Therapy.

She takes pride in her individualized approach to each patient's care and embraces a full-body care model to include mind, body, and soul. Her dedication to hold space for healing has led to developing her own Chiropractic Technique, The Unwind Method, which embraces the innate healing abilities of the body while addressing the underlying causes of dis-ease. When she is not caring for patients she can be found hiking the many wooded trails her hometown has to offer, relaxing on the shores of Lake Superior, or snuggling up with a good book, coffee, and a cat!
