How do we navigate overwhelm? What the fuck is overwhelm? Why do I feel overwhelmed?
I want to talk about navigating and really understanding, why we get so fucking busy and overwhelmed because this is a pretty common experience for a lot of guys in the world. I hear questions about this all the time.
For me, when I feel overwhelmed, it is a sign that I am not prioritising my energy, my tasks, my time, and what is important to me, so I STOP.
I'll cover some of the ways I get out of my head and look at my prioritises as well as how there is no point in creating a startegy if we're not going to turn it into action!
