There are millions of people looking for what we have. They are all over. Our job is to match people to our gift.
We are in the conversation business…simple as that. Are you having enough conversations? Your job is to have conversations and work over time to get better at it.
Gift your Gift to those either…
A) Needing solutions
B) With dreams
C) Both
Teach others how to do that and then repeat
Step 1: Share the Vision
WHY- authentic and congruent with you. That’s what makes it inviting
Get clear on your personal WHY (it should be authentically you not someone else)
Get clear on your team Why/Your vision (make sure it’s of service)
To bring your WHY to life, who are you looking for in your champion team?
LIST (not just “who do you know”, it’s “who do you want”
Who do you want on your champion team.
List 10 attributes you want in a team member
Check in- Am I all of these things?
The best prospects are attracted to YOU
Always be in action but focus on attraction
Make a list of 20-100 people then make a top 10 (who has the most of what I want?) Work on a new list every week… (Peta says she works on a new top 10 list at the beginning of every week)

Step 2: Choose your team- if you choose poorly, you will suck money from your bank account. You are the one with the gift
Qualify your new champion- what are your goals?, how much time are you willing to give?, are you coachable?, what are your values?...ask what it meaningful for you to know. Get the commitment, have the conversation
Share the Pres Pak…no other pak. It’s either the pres pak or the pres pak and e-shots

Step 3: Use Systems
Don’t reinvent the wheel. It’s like we have a pump and we are leverage the tools at all time. Keep it SIMPLE
Management- i.e. back office, use the tutorials in the BO- don’t create new ones, how to do 3-way calls, etc. Back end things

Earning- You +2, Them +2, comp plan
Training- Small list of great training calls, events, team calls, webinars, Super Saturday webinars
Recognition- FB rank advancement posts- create commotion around recognition. Recognition duplicates. Call down your team and recognize them

Guide your champion team through steps 1-4 (this is the six-figures training)
Go executive
Duplicate again 4 levels deep (this is where the six-figures comes in)

This is how you build to six-figures and build your champion team. Find your champion team and help your team find their champion team…repeat, repeat
