In today’s episode, Emily is completing this mini series with spirituality. She is first talking about breath work, meditation and stillness because these are ways that can open the door to having a more spiritual life. These things are not difficult to incorporate and don’t have to be time consuming. Sometimes all it takes is taking 5 deep breaths or a 5 minute meditation. Or you could start your morning out with prayer and connect with God. Another way to help with your spirituality is to write/journal what’s going on in your heart, mind, and then sit in stillness and allow yourself to reflect. Emily goes into many more ways you can grow in your spirituality daily in today’s episode.
