"He didn't call you back because you're fat and boring." Would you EVER say that to your best friend? No. Didn't think so. Then why would you EVER say that to yourself? We know that negative self-talk is a huge issue for many of us. It creates a barrier to our own self-growth, crushes our confidence, and creates an unhealthy relationship with ourselves. In order for us to change our negative thoughts we have to first become aware of it, and then rewire pathways in our brains. We know that this isn't easy, so in this episode, we talk about giving ourselves grace through this process and our tips on how to crush our inner critics!
