Today we're going to be talking about the importance of getting a handle on our reactions. Our initial reactions to situations that hurt or anger us usually aren't the best versions of ourselves. But we owe it to ourselves to learn how to pause and think before we respond. So if you find yourself in these emotionally intense moments, hit your "pause button" and really ask yourself, "what do I want out of this situation." Ensure that you're taking the time to see if your response lines up with how YOU want to show up in the world!
