We all have one thing that dominates our thinking. It is our aspiration and the image that drives us. That image gives clarity to where we are going and what we decide to do with our lives. It is the thing that ignites us and sparks us to that next level of making a difference.

Rather than getting obsessed with the journey of finding your purpose, take the time to discover that dominant image. Then take the necessary steps to pursue that. This is where passion really lies.

This week, I invited an expert on these ideas to talk more about them: Phil Rose from Ignium Consulting. He started out as an engineer for Rolls Royce, but in 2005 launched his own strategy consulting business. Phil is now an ICF Certified Professional who is passionate about inspiring people to find their purpose to step up, scale-up, and change.
