One of my favorite quotes by Les Brown says, "Don't worry if you fall flat on your back. If you can look up, you can get up." Amy Langer and the rest of her team over at Salo, LLC exemplify this so well.
If you tuned into last week's episode, you heard some of Amy's story. She founded her staffing services company shortly before the recession of 2008. When that financial crisis hit, it revealed some major weaknesses in her organization's structure.
However, Amy and her team were too stubborn to give up their dream. In fact, they did the exact opposite. They hired a coach, created a strategic plan, and just kept pushing.
