For the most part, when you're starting out as an entrepreneur, you're often a slave to your job. You've got to make sure everything goes right, especially when you have team members.
But we also have to remember that as entrepreneurs, we're not just workers. We're not just business leaders. We're human beings first. Therefore, we need to be able to find that balance and make a conscious decision to create some place for self and family.
