Today we are excited to have Frank Cupersmith with us. Frank is the CEO and former owner of RowCal, an association management company.
The really interesting thing about Frank is that he decided exactly how he wanted to exit his business. This is something all of us could learn from. Every entrepreneur is going to leave their business somehow. You may sell it, it may fail, or you may even die as the owner. Regardless, you're going to leave somehow; you might as well do it by design.
This is exactly what Frank did. He was able to sell his company and now has more freedom in his life. We are thrilled to have him on the show to talk about this process and what it did for both his company and himself internally.
If you're looking to learn from a strong exit strategy or simply want to make a difference the way that Frank has made a difference, tune in.
