Description

Dr Nick Norwitz

Dr. Nicholas Norwitz is an atypical guest. He’s only 25-years old but already holds a PhD from Oxford University in ketogenics and brain metabolism, works as keto coach and a metabolic health practitioner, conducts clinical research, writes papers, and lectures on the international stage, and is now pursuing his MD at Harvard Medical School. But Nick’s academic credentials are only a small part of what makes him interesting. He has his own incredible story of struggling with metabolic diseases. We discuss his personal history in this podcast along with Nick’s thoughts on medicine, healthcare, education, nutrition.

Quotes by Dr Nick Norwitz

“They said you're a young healthy guy, normal BMI, normal testosterone, weight bearing activities, no family history of osteoporosis.  There's no way you have low bone density. But at that point, we did get a dexa scan and it revealed I did have osteoporosis.”
