Don't ignore the warnings. Our cars give us warnings signs that say hey you should probably get this checked out. How many have had a warning light come on; you look it's been 2 weeks, a month and you still haven't gotten it checked out?
Get help immediately. Don't wait until you are on the side of the road and unable to do anything for yourself.
Repent- we have to take care of this gift that God has blessed us with. What are you putting in your body (food, medicines, alcohol, drugs, etc).
