Scripture: Exodus 14
Moses lead the people at the direction of God. It wasn't always easy but he didn't give up.
Leading people is a great task that isn't always pretty. People have different personalities, ways of living and thinking. At times, leading people can even prove to be stressful. Don't give up, be encouraged, remember your purpose and pray for the people.
A good leader is:
Trustworthy
Motivating and encouraging
Patient
Has a clearly defined plan
Deliver-they do what they said they would do
Are you a good leader? Who says so?
Do you seek guidance from God?
As a leader are you willing to encourage the people when your character and motives are being attacked?
