She started her blog and podcast, both called Mighty Mamahood, with the goal of supporting other mamas, encouraging them, and letting them know that whatever they're going through- they're not alone in their struggles! Too often we think no one could possibly understand what we're going through or how were feeling as mothers, so her goal is to normalize all of the things- the good, the bad, the crazy- because it's not just you!
