Vivian Sebastian has been volunteering with Make-A-Wish Hudson Valley for almost 18 years, and in this conversation she shares some of her most favorite and memorable stories, as well as her inspiration for volunteering.

Her insight into the wish granting process both in person and virtual, speaks to the skills that she has honed over the years as she worked on granting the wishes of nearly 40 kids.

In her own words, the satisfaction of granting wishes “(is) like you’re in a concert sitting in the first row, with the best orchestra in the world, telling you the best story in the world”.
