In this episode, I open up about my personal journey with nutrition, reflecting on how easy it is to slip into autopilot with our habits—especially around food. I share the story of how my upbringing shaped my relationship with food, the wake-up call I received when my father battled cancer, and how that led me to radically change my lifestyle. I talk about the pendulum swing from extreme healthy eating to finding balance, and how, recently, I realized I’d been coasting on autopilot again. I discuss the importance of mindfulness, noticing when we’re out of alignment, and taking conscious, aligned action to support our wellness goals.
