Ted Repic Ted has been self-employed since 1992. Since then, he’s become a businessman that owns runs multiple companies. Do you have an off-road Jeep and need parts or accessories? Ted might be able to help you with his E-commerce brand Rhino USA. This is just one of his businesses.
He is in the business of security with his company, Live-Site Security Solutions, where they install commercial security systems. He also has a facility maintenance/property management company CCN Group. They do commercial facility maintenance for customers and manage their real estate investments. Lastly, a real estate investing company EPIC Management Group.
Ted has been self-employed since 1992, when he became a licensed private investigator, then expanded with technology into CCTV and electronic security in 2000. Then 2011, Ted started a real estate investment company by buying mobile home parks in AZ. 2014 purchased a small boutique hotel near Sedona, started CCN to manage his assets, and offered services to others. Then 2017 began an Ecom brand and is heavily into E-commerce now. That’s his primary business. Sold the mobile home parks and hotel 2019-2021 and 1031 into flex/industrial buildings in Murrieta, CA and Woodstock, GA, as needs in the world changed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
