Yongming Huang is a real estate investor, marketer, writer, and international influencer. Before moving to the U.S., he was an award-winning science writer. Youngming worked for one of the most influential news media in China. After moving from Beijing to Houston, TX in 2017, he soon realized that anyone could build wealth through real estate investing in the United States, even with limited capital. Since then, he started his real estate journey and never looked back. Now he is helping more immigrants like him to learn how to invest in real estate and create generational wealth. He has over 60,000 followers on social media, and his online learning site Yongming University has thousands of students.

“North American Nuggets” may sound funny when you translate Yongming’s DBA literally from Chinese, but they are serious in what they do. Among all the platforms, they upload a new video each day from Monday to Friday on Youtube, they post each day except Sundays on WeChat. They have over 60,000 followers and continue to grow. Yong and his team are industry experts in content marketing and Youtube advertising. They started working with RAD Diversified in May 2021. Within three months, they became the second-largest affiliate.
