Each week I get to chat to someone doing something amazing in the growth space, be that marketing, sales or CX.

The grand plan is to make me smarter by hanging out with interesting people.

The original plan was to ask each guest 6 questions over 6 minutes - short and sweet… But honestly, I’ve failed miserably at that because I’ve enjoyed the conversations...

So… we’ll keep it as short and as sweet as we can - but it’s definitely unfiltered - which is what makes it fun.

This week, it’s my pleasure to introduce you to a good friend of mine, despite having questionable taste in cars, Gavin Flood.

Gavin is Senior Director for International Marketing as well as Head of AdRoll EMEA.

He’s well versed in leading high performance marketing teams - from customer engagement to acquisition and revenue growth - which in my opinion is the most important metric to be focussed on as marketers now.

He’s worked across gaming, motor, sports entertainment and currently lectures at UCD Smurfit School of Business where he also lectures in marketing... so I think it’s fair to say that he knows his way around.

And having had the pleasure of working with Gavin for a number of years, I can personally vouch for that.

So, with all that in mind, I’m excited to welcome Gavin on.
