With the Dobbs V Women’s Health decision being leaked at the Supreme Court, it appears that Roe V Wade and Planned Parenthood V Casey are about to be overturned. Scott details the legal history of the Fourteenth Amendment, which was used by the Court in Roe to argue in favor of the made up “right” to an abortion.
