Mendoza breaks down how the certification can affects a business for the better, explaining how the certification is crucial for CCS’ industry. CCS provides facility services and cleaning of controlled environments, and under strict scrutiny by the FDA and other US regulatory agencies, uses ISO 9001 to ensure good documentation and manufacturing practices with their clients in IT, Aerospace and Defense. Mendoza also explains the ISO certification can actually contain cost and streamline efficiency by placing more trust between client and business communications. “Because it’s a worldwide standard, everyone recognizes it, and most likely they’re already ISO 9001 certified,” Mendoza said.
