In this new episode of Talking with EU, hosts Paulina Agudelo and Martina Rubino sit down with two IEE students: Alba San Juan Morales (SAIES events team) and Joris Rouillon (editor at Eyes on Europe). Together, they discuss feminism and anti-feminist movements in Europe, gender-based violence and discrimination, and the steps forward (and backward) on these issues across the continent.
⚠️ Trigger warning: this episode includes mentions of violence, discrimination against women, homophobia, and transphobia. If you are a victim, you are not alone and we believe you. First, make sure you’re safe. If you feel ready, you can report the abuse and/or seek help.

"Talking with EU, the student’s POV" is the first student-run podcast at the Institut d’Études Européennes (IEE) of the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), where the students' point of view is at the centre. This show looks to extend the conversation of the topics discussed in the other IEE podcast “Making sense of EU”. But this time, it is made for the students and by the students.
This podcast is co-funded by the European Union's Erasmus + program, and the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence, EUqualis.
