Knowing he needed to get to Port Charles, Lucky set out to find his Aunt Ruby. Shortly after, Luke and Laura returned to town, reuniting the family. The Spencers faced some challenges as they readjusted to family life, often clashing with Bobbie over their parenting approaches. Lucky’s first few months in Port Charles were eventful, including being accidentally shot during a shootout involving Luke and Frank Smith's goons, getting a spider and a dog as pets, and discovering he was going to be a big brother.
