Today, i am coming to you in the spirit of feeling lost and confused, BUT there is a silver lining! I DO have a A-HA moment at the very end of this episode, so there is light at the end of the tunnel.
September is the month of reflection and assessment. I think that i am going through a period of growth and re-invention. This year has been about transforming my life and the shift first happened internally. I focused on getting my mental health on track and discovering myself. Now, i think the shift is happening and impacting other parts of my Life. I am almost a whole new person! Or more accurately, I am becoming even more of myself and who I am meant to be.
As September is coming to an end, i am reflecting on what i’ve done so far and where i am going,
