Today, we are joined by Fordham University Gabelli School of Business. Dawn Lerman is a Professor of Marketing, Executive Director of the Center for Positive Marketing, and author. Falguni Sen heads the Global Healthcare Innovation Management Center. Together, they are conducting research on how leveraging language is improving the patient experience. During the Digital Health-Patient Experience Transformation Assembly, the two led a workshop session to discuss their research with executives in the industry.
