Unlike traditional meditation, 5SRM doesn’t fight your senses—it works with them. Instead of emptying the mind, we engage with our thoughts and emotions through structured self-reflection based on:

�� Hearing – What voices, thoughts, or worries are taking up space in your mind?
�� Sight – How do you interpret what’s happening around you?
�� Feeling – What emotions are surfacing, and how do they manifest in your body?
�� Smell – What past experiences or subconscious memories influence your current state?
�� Taste – How does your inner world shape your external choices and experiences?

Think of it as a conversation with yourself—facilitated by your senses.

Because some of us have brains that operate like a browser with 37 tabs open—at least three of which are frozen. If traditional meditation feels impossible, this practice is for you.
