Welcome back to the 5 Sense Reflective Meditation (5SRM) series! In today’s session, we explore Sight—not just with our eyes, but through perception, interpretation, and the mental lenses we use to view reality.

✔️ Reflect on your inner perception – What do you see when you reflect on what you hear?
✔️ Examine your beliefs – Are they uplifting or limiting? Are they based on truth or assumption?
✔️ Apply the ABCDE Method – A cognitive tool to challenge distorted perceptions and reframe thoughts
✔️ Adjust your lens – Learn strategies like reattribution, reappraisal, and clarity-seeking
✔️ Use affirmations for mental clarity – Strengthen a balanced and compassionate perspective
