Each week we will explore consciousness, success strategies, mindset and self-mastery. Meet Steve Tampus, a Loan Officer based out of California. Born and raised in Saugus, California, Steve has always been proud to call the Santa Clarita Valley his home. Steve attended both Saugus High School and College of the Canyons. Happily married to his beautiful wife, Mary, Steve is also a proud father of two girls and one boy. He cherishes the time he spends with his family and considers them to be his primary motivation in life. Throughout his life, Steve has had a passion for basketball. To this day he is quite involved in the sport, and while he does not play much anymore, he still spends a great deal of his time coaching young people. Steve believes that it is important to make an impact on the younger generations, as they represent our future. Coaching provides him with this opportunity, as do the various projects he gets involved in within the community. One of the most satisfying aspects of Steve's job is helping somebody buy a home. He gets great satisfaction out of helping people achieve their lifelong dreams through home ownership, by providing them with multiple financial options to do so. In addition, he enjoys saving people money with their current real estate holdings. Steve derives a great deal of joy by coaching and guiding younger people in their sports aspirations.
