We recently wrapped up season 3 of the Real Estate Educators Podcast and wanted to share some key takeaways. This season we covered a ton of ground, talking to attorneys, contractors, insurance agents - anyone who could provide value to real estate investors and educators like you. The goal was to give you ideas on how to improve your business. A couple big themes emerged across episodes that could really help take your investing to the next level: 

1. Surround yourself with the right people. Nearly every guest emphasized that success comes from having a strong network and team. Consider joining or starting a mastermind group to hold each other accountable. 

2. Never stop learning. Make reading a daily habit, even if just for 30 minutes. Consume books, podcasts, anything educational. As Scott Trench recommends - aim for 50+ books per year! 

3. Stay focused. It's tempting to chase every new real estate strategy. But true success comes from perfecting one area at a time. Be a specialist before expanding too widely.
