Welcome to another episode of the podcast. Today on episode 005 we’re going to be with Michelle Homan of Fruition Fitness about the 50 Shades of Paleo. Michelle is a full time teacher, mom, wife and runner. She tenaciously works to live her best life and is passionate about sharing what works. Michelle is currently prepping for a 6 week CrossFit challenge and looking forward to breaking down strategies her readers can implement at home. She has created a Beginner Paleo Checklist printable where she outlines the 5 strategies that helped her be successful when getting started with Paleo. What I really enjoyed about Michelle, and one of the reasons why I wanted to bring her onto the podcast, is she offers a very different approach to Paleo and fully understands that there’s no one version of Paleo that’s correct and it’s all about finding what works for you. Michelle has a very athletic background, ate a healthy diet but found Paleo not because she had food intolerances but through Crossfit. And it wasn’t until she actually tried Paleo that she experienced just how good it left her feeling.
