Description

Welcome to another episode of the podcast. Today on episode 009 we’re going to be with Corinne Kantor. Corinne is the founder of The Food Cop. She is a Registered Dietetic Technician, Certified LEAP (Lifestyle Eating and Performance) Therapist, and award-winning writer. Corinne has been featured in numerous publications, including U.S. News & World Report, Parenting OC magazine, and the Orange County Register. She has undergraduate degrees in Dietetics and Journalism. Corinne enjoys educating others about clean, healthy food; edible gardens; and food sensitivities.

We’re going to dive into what I view as a silent struggle for some many people looking to change their diet and overall healthy lifestyle, and that’s dealing with an unsupportive environment. That could be friends, family, work, anything in your environment. Corinne works closely with her clients on this area and she brings forth some of the tips and strategies she’s used within her own practice.
