Today in episode 21, we’re talking with Sue Jennett from Sue’s Gluten Free Baking at Home!
Sue’s experience with living gluten-free is so extensive. Originally diagnosed with celiac disease in early ‘96, Sue's food direction changed most drastically when one of her daughters was diagnosed six months later. She wanted to provide normalcy in a very trying situation.
Sue owned a gluten free bakery for many years, and now have a gluten free baking show on our local cable channel. You can also find a wealth of gluten-free recipes on her blog AND she now produces gluten-free baking videos on her YouTube channel. Audiences can expect anything from Calzones to cupcakes, bagels and cookies!
Sue spent many years as the President of her local chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association. Through that chapter, she also operated a celiac kids summer camp.
