The newest firefighter recruits hired by the Phoenix Fire Department are now being welcomed with a new pilot program! The program aims to educate the newest members of the Phoenix Fire family about all the different areas, sections, and benefits of what the City of Phoenix offers and the careers available within the Phoenix Fire Department. Chief Reda Bigler joined this episode to describe what the Recruitment section hopes to accomplish with this program.
