Ted Kilgore is a self-proclaimed cocktail geek and has helped shape and create the craft cocktail industry in St. Louis.
The owner of Planter’s House in Lafayette Square and Small Change in Benton Park, Kilgore has been mixing up cocktails in the city since 2006.
