Anthony Bourdain is the host of No Reservations and the author of numerous books including his latest, Medium Raw: A Bloody Valentine to the World of Food and the People Who Cook. He says that he's not much of a "pie guy" but he does like tarte tatin and his mother's mince meat pie.
