Before going on the mission field, a lot a preparation must happen for a missionary. Years of study in the classroom are required for most organizations, but a final step that many don't have to take, but more and more today are, is practical cultural training before being sent be their missionary organization. That's where Center for Intercultural Training comes in. They train new missionaries in a way they likely did not get while studying.
