Scott Mitchell, former Ute, and Jason Buck, former Cougar, are building their ultimate Utah Utes quarterback with parts from previous and possibly current players. When the guys sat down to discuss Utah quarterbacks they found they would really only need two quarterbacks throughout Utah's history.
