Rivals host Jason Buck has been doing the baseline testing that's part of the NFL concussion settlement.
The test includes blocks, matching shapes, picture matching, stuff like that.
He did eight hours of testing and is not sure what the point is. The NFL seems to have won this round. Very few players will probably qualify for the settlement.
It's a difficult process. Scott is at an earlier stage of it, and there is a lot of paperwork and online work and it's incredibly frustrating.
There are probably a lot of players who just quit.

Jason Buck was drafted out of Brigham Young University in the first round of the NFL draft. He played on the defensive line for Cincinnati Bengals and Washington Redskins. He earned a Super Bowl ring in the Redskins victory over Buffalo Bills in Super Bowl XXVI.
