Joe Ovies, Adam Eshbaugh, and Wayne Holt host this week, and welcome Brad Wynn, Head Brewer and General Manager; and Chris Jorgenson, Owner, of Norse Brewing Company in Wake Forest. Brad brought in their Roggenbier, which is called Viking Biking, a collaboration with Crank Arm Brewing from downtown Raleigh. Then, they sampled the Session IPA, a collaboration with Lynwood Brewing Co., which is an American IPA. And, both Brad and Chris wrap up the program emphasizing the types of beers they will develop at Norse.
