Description

In this episode of the Soft Power Project, I reflect on the transformative journey from 2016 to the present, sharing personal stories that highlight the struggles of self-identity and the challenges of being a people pleaser. I talk about how 2016 was a particularly difficult year, marked by a lack of self-acknowledgment and the overwhelming role of caretaker for family members. This period was characterized by emotional suppression, leading to a metaphorical 'ticking time bomb' of unresolved feelings and frustrations. From this excercise, it is important to look back at these experiences, even when they are painful, as a means of understanding personal growth and transformation.

✨About the Soft Power Coaching Program✨

For women who were told they were too sensitive, too nice, too quiet, or never enough, my coaching provides a safe and empowering space to:

Channel anger into clarity and action (not chaos).

This isn’t about becoming harder. It’s about becoming whole.
