冠羽在花蓮創辦「法采時光」民宿餐廳，至今已超過 15 年。但其實他個人與家人，在此之前就已經在花蓮各地做了許多事。是什麼樣的動力讓他們持續耕耘，花蓮對於冠羽有著什麼樣的魅力？
除了經營民宿之外，冠羽也協助許多地方上的事務。自去年0403地震之後，更聯合許多商家夥伴，架起「預約花蓮的未來」網站，讓更多人能認識花蓮當地的體驗行程與各種藝術文化主題商店。這些地方創生行動，冠羽的起心動念是什麼？他心目中花蓮還需要什麼？
